Automated Blasting

B-C Industries operates the largest facility containing automated blasting equipment in New England, accommodating your high
volume steel and structural steel projects right on site. Our 8' x 10' x 75' blast tunnel with conveyor processes large quantities of steel
including beams, girders, angles, plate, crane booms, and pipe using a wheeled conveyor system capable of blasting steel to white
metal at a rate of 30 linear feet per minute. Its 8' x 10' opening makes blasting girders, trusses and plates fast, easy and efficient.

Also on site is our 10' Rotary Shot Blasting Table specifically designed to promote good quality performance. It provides maximum
flexibility in several shot blast operations. The high quality rotary table also has the capability to minimize the production time in certain
applications. The wheel placement enables multiple impacts on the part which guarantees a superior quality component finish.​
